Nicholas started at Bo/Gar as the office manager in 2018 and was promoted to operations manager in 2022. He is goal-oriented and process driven. Bo/Gar Enterprises, Incorporated’s Mission is: To provide our customers with products and services that meet or exceed their Quality and delivery requirements through Time Quality Management (TQM) principles and World Class Manufacturing techniques and objectives. SALES MANAGER

Terry Tabb, the sales manager at Bo/Gar Enterprises INC, was born and raised in Central Illinois. He has over 30 years of experience in business-to-business sales. 17 years of the 30 were in manufacturing sales. Terry’s hobbies include spending time with his family and riding his motorcycle. “I truly enjoy working at Bo/Gar Enterprises Inc because I have the opportunity to facilitate the growth of our employees and customers working together as a single team towards a common goal.”

OFFICE MANAGER &
HR COORDINATOR

Lauren Dye is the Office Manager and HR Coordinator at Bo/Gar Enterprises INC. She started at Bo/Gar as an office lead in August of 2021. Lauren has a Bachelor’s in Arts with a focus on organizational communication. Her professional background consists of Healthcare and Utilities, but working with Manufacturing has been her favorite thus far. “I enjoy my job and those that I work with. The company’s servant leadership structure and the Employee Ownership Program create a teamwork-oriented/family culture. I enjoy working with others to problem solve and helping everyone overcome any challenge that may present itself. I enjoy being social and listening to others, so Human Resources is a good fit for me. I am excited for the future of Bo/Gar Enterprises and thrilled to be part of the team.”
