NICHOLAS CAMPBELL

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Nicholas started at Bo/Gar as the office manager in 2018 and was promoted to operations manager in 2022.  He is goal-oriented and process driven.  Bo/Gar Enterprises, Incorporated’s Mission is: To provide our customers with products and services that meet or exceed their Quality and delivery requirements through Time Quality Management (TQM) principles and World Class Manufacturing techniques and objectives.  We are committed to being a world Class Supplier to our customers by meeting and exceeding our customer’s delivery and quality requirements through continuous improvement, employee involvement, state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques, and measuring our effectiveness to customer requirements and satisfaction.

TERRY TABB

SALES MANAGER

Terry Tabb, the sales manager at Bo/Gar Enterprises INC,  was born and raised in Central Illinois. He has over 30 years of experience in business-to-business sales. 17 years of the 30 were in manufacturing sales. Terry’s hobbies include spending time with his family and riding his motorcycle. “I truly enjoy working at Bo/Gar Enterprises Inc because I have the opportunity to facilitate the growth of our employees and customers working together as a single team towards a common goal.”

AL CHROSTOWSKI

QUALITY MANAGER

Al Chrostowski was raised in Wisconsin and moved to Illinois in 2010. He currently resides in Peoria, Illinois. Al began working at Bo/Gar Enterprises Inc. in 2015 in the quality department. In 2022, he was promoted to Quality Manager. He collaborates closely with daily operations to ensure that all parts are manufactured according to World Class Quality Standards. “We strive to provide our customers with products that exceed their expectations,” he says. When he’s not at work, Al enjoys watching the New York Yankees play.

SHARON CAUTHON

PURCHASING

Sharon grew up in Bradford, IL, in a family that owned a trucking company. She graduated from Henry-Senachwine High School in 2004 and began her career as an assembler at Great Dane Trailers. In May 2005, she joined Caterpillar Inc. in East Peoria, where she became a certified track-type tractor operator and later the Team Lead for the Black Iron Assembly Line, also earning her Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

In 2017, Sharon moved to Bo/Gar Enterprises Inc. as an office assistant. She cross-trained in various roles, including Outsourcing, Shipping Clerk, Assembly, and Scheduling. She is currently the Purchasing Agent, keen to expand her knowledge of steel and sub-component procurement.
