The Saw Operator runs industrial saw equipment to cut raw metal material into the lengths and quantities needed for production. This position checks the material, measurements, part numbers, and paperwork and uses an overhead crane to safely move raw material to and from the saw.

The Quality Technician inspects manufactured parts to verify they meet customer specifications, blueprint requirements, and company quality standards. This position uses precision measuring instruments, including a ZEISS Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) with CALYPSO software, to perform dimensional inspections and document results. The Paint Booth Technician prepares metal parts for powder coating, applies the powder coat, and ensures finished parts meet job requirements. This position also helps keep parts moving through the department safely and on time.

The Laser Operator sets up and runs CNC laser equipment to cut metal parts. This position follows work orders, blueprints, and machine programs to make sure parts are cut correctly, safely, and on time.

The CNC Set-Up Operator sets up and runs CNC machines to produce metal parts. This position installs tooling and fixtures, sets offsets, checks the first completed part, and makes adjustments so the machine can safely produce parts that meet the job requirements.

The CNC Operator is responsible for safely operating one or more CNC machines to manufacture precision parts in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, quality standards, and production requirements. Operators may be assigned to various CNC equipment, including CNC lathes, vertical mills, horizontal mills, or other production equipment based on operational needs. The Brake Press Operator sets up and operates brake press equipment to bend and form metal parts. This position follows blueprints, work orders, and job instructions to make sure parts are produced correctly, safely, and on time.

The Assembler puts together manufactured parts and components by following work orders and job instructions. Most jobs involve light assembly, but some assemblies are larger and may require additional handling or lifting equipment. This position makes sure each assembly is put together correctly, safely, and on time.

The Production Planner/Scheduler is responsible for creating and maintaining manufacturing work orders and coordinating the production schedule within a machine-shop environment. This position works closely with the Shop Foreman, production departments, and Quality Department to prioritize work, monitor demand, and help ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time. The position maintains current and accurate scheduling information in the company’s MRP system an
